Moody's lifts Argentina rating to 'Caa1'

July 17 (Reuters) - Credit ratings agency Moody's on Thursday upgraded Argentina's rating to 'Caa1' from 'Caa3,' citing improved liquidity and external financing support under a new IMF program.
The agency revised its outlook on the South American country to 'stable' from 'positive'.
