Inszone continues acquisition spree with Oklahoma-based Stephenson

July 17 - (The Insurer) - California-based Inszone Insurance Services has expanded its presence in Oklahoma with the acquisition of Stephenson, Baggs & Guthrie, the insurance broker said on Wednesday.
Terms of the deal have not been disclosed.
Stephenson specialises in commercial insurance, particularly in the oil and gas sector. It also has an auto, home and benefits portfolio.
Established in 2003 in Woodward, Stephenson has since expanded its footprint in Oklahoma with another office in Kingfisher.
Inszone said in the announcement that it has further expansion plans nationwide.
Its recent acquisition spree has included deals for Missouri-based Huffmaster Insurance, Washington-based Eagle Harbor Insurance, Texas-based Osterts and Associates, Arizona-based Evers Insurance, Colorado-based Denver West Insurance Brokers, Missouri-based Davidson Insurance Agency Group and Texas Classic Insurance Agency.
