UK watchdog clears SLB and ChampionX $8 billion merger

July 15 (Reuters) - Britain's competition regulator said on Tuesday it has accepted undertakings offered by oilfield services firm SLB SLB.N and ChampionX CHX.O to address its antitrust concerns and will not further investigate the proposed $8 billion merger of the companies.
