SAYS THE BOND IS PRICED AT 6.25%, A TIGHTENING OF 50 BASIS POINTS FROM INITIAL GUIDANCE
SAYS PROCEEDS FROM ISSUANCE WILL BE USED FOR GENERAL CORPORATE PURPOSES, NOTABLY TO REFINANCE A $500 MILLION BOND MATURING IN SEPTEMBER 2025
