Mexico's Sheinbaum says she is sure tariffs deal will be reached with US

MEXICO CITY, July 12 (Reuters) - Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum said on Saturday she is sure an agreement can be reached with the U.S. before President Donald Trump's threatened 30% tariffs take effect on August 1.
Speaking during an event in the Mexican state of Sonora, Sheinbaum added that Mexico's sovereignty is never negotiable.
