
OTTAWA, July 11 (Reuters) - Canadian Foreign Minister Anita Anand and Chinese counterpart Wang Yi discussed bilateral relations in a meeting in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on Friday, the Canadian foreign ministry said.
Anand and Wang spoke about challenges and opportunities in the bilateral relationship and agreed to remain in touch with each other, the ministry said in a statement.
The ministers also spoke about global issues including conflicts in Ukraine and the Middle East, the ministry added.
