US top diplomat says not concerned tariffs would alienate ASEAN

KUALA LUMPUR, July 11 (Reuters) - U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio told reporters on Friday that he was "not concerned" that tariffs would alienate countries in ASEAN.
Speaking on the sidelines of a regional meeting in Malaysia, Rubio said that trade negotiations can continue before the new August deadline.
