ReSource Pro buys insurance technology services firm Propellint
July 2 - (The Insurer) - Insurance business process solutions firm ReSource Pro, a service provider focused on the insurance industry, has acquired Propellint, a technology services firm based in Hartford, Connecticut.
Propellint specializes in the implementation and support of insurance platforms, including Insurity, and aims to help organizations overcome legacy system challenges by combining technology support with operational expertise.
“This acquisition builds on our earlier integration of Helix Agency Services and represents a continued investment in the intersection of operations and technology,” said Dan Epstein, CEO of ReSource Pro.
Morgan Partners acted as sole financial advisor to New York-based Resource Pro, which helps carriers, brokers, wholesalers and MGAs optimize performance, streamline operations and drive growth.
