Trump says he plans a letter soon telling countries their tariff rate

WASHINGTON, June 27 (Reuters) - President Donald Trump said on Friday he plans to send out a letter over the next week and a half telling countries what U.S. tariff rate they will have to pay.
Trump also said at a White House news conference that he was working on trade deals with several countries, including India.
