Trump says Senator Fetterman "most sensible" on tax, spending bill

June 27 (Reuters) - President Donald Trump said on Friday that U.S. Senator John Fetterman seems to be the "most sensible" Democrat lately in his possible support for his sweeping tax and spending bill.
"Fetterman ... he seems to be the most sensible one lately. If I were a Democrat, I would vote for this bill all day long, because it's tax cuts and so many other things that are common sense," Trump said during a news conference.
