Allianz Commercial adds Zurich's O'Grady as head of property in Canada

June 18 - (The Insurer) - Allianz Commercial has hired Sean O'Grady from Zurich Canada as its head of property Canada, replacing Nancy Dorvil, who was recently promoted to regional head of property in North America.
O'Grady is based in Toronto and will report to Dorvil.
He has more than 18 years of experience in the insurance industry. Before his 15 years at Zurich, he served as a risk solutions officer at Suncorp Group.
“Sean is a respected leader in the Canadian property market. Along with his strong technical expertise, he brings extensive experience in client management and great leadership acumen,” Dorvil said.
In January, Allianz announced that it had promoted Dorvil to regional head of property for North America, while Eric Wedin, former regional head of commercial and financial institutions, was appointed regional head of financial lines in North America.
