Trump says Iran should talk about de-escalating 'before it's too late'

KANANASKIS, Alberta, June 16 (Reuters) - Iran wants to talk about de-escalating hostilities with Israel, and should do so immediately "before it's too late," U.S. President Donald Trump said on Monday.
"I'd say Iran is not winning this war, and they should talk, and they should talk immediately before it's too late." Trump told reporters at the start of a meeting with Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney.
Oil prices fell more than $2 per barrel on Monday after reports that Iran is seeking an end to hostilities with Israel, raising the possibility of a truce and easing fears of a disruption to crude supplies from the region.
