White House: aware of reports of Israelis firing on Gaza aid seekers

WASHINGTON, June 3 (Reuters) - The White House said on Tuesday that it is aware of reports of Israeli troops firing on Palestinian aid seekers near a food distribution site in southern Gaza.
"We're going to look into reports before we confirm them from this podium or before we take action," said White House spokeswoman Karoline Leavitt at a press briefing.
