Hub acquires A&E focused agency Fenner and Esler

June 3 - (The Insurer) - Hub International Limited has acquired Oradell, New Jersey-based Fenner and Esler Agency, a provider of professional liability and risk management services to architects, engineers, surveyors and environment professionals.
The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Principals Tim Esler and Kevin Esler and their team will join Hub Northeast.
Paul Collins, president and CEO of Hub Northeast, said the deal will "immediately position Hub to be a leading provider of best-in-class insurance and risk management solutions to architects, engineers, surveyors and environmental consultants."
In May, Hub acquired FGLP Equity Partners, which trades as Demarie Insurance Agency, a personal and commercial lines agency based in Lake Charles, Louisiana.
