Telegram, Musk's xAI partner to distribute Grok to messaging app's users

May 28 (Reuters) - Telegram CEO Pavel Durov said on Wednesday its messaging app and Elon Musk's artificial intelligence company xAI have agreed to a partnership to distribute Grok to its more than billion users.
Telegram will receive $300 million in cash and equity from xAI and 50% of revenue from xAI subscriptions sold via Telegram, he said in a post on X.
