Chubb names Boroughs as vice chairman and Hogan as CIO

May 19 - (The Insurer) - Chubb has promoted Tim Boroughs to vice chairman, as well as executive chairman of asset management, and Chris Hogan to senior vice president and chief investment officer (CIO), reporting to Boroughs.
Boroughs has served as CIO of Chubb and its predecessor company, Ace, since joining in 2000. He was appointed executive vice president of Ace Group in March 2014.
Before joining Ace, Boroughs held roles at Tudor Investment Corporation and Fischer Francis Trees & Watts.
Hogan joined Chubb in 2023 as deputy CIO from Goldman Sachs, where he spent more than two decades, culminating in his role as a fixed income portfolio manager, head of the global securitized investment team and co-CIO for GSAM's Fixed Income Hedge Fund.
