Resilience expands in Germany and Austria with Mairhofer hire

May 16 - (The Insurer) - Resilience has expanded its European insurance operations to Germany and Austria, hiring Thorsten Mairhofer as head of the region, the company said on Tuesday.
The company will offer cyber insurance and technology errors and omissions solutions for companies with revenues ranging from 25 million euros to over 10 billion euros, providing up to 10 million euros of cyber limit per risk on a primary or excess basis.
Munich-based Mairhofer brings experience from his previous role as a cyber underwriter at QBE Europe and will lead efforts to support clients and brokers in these markets.
