ANKARA, May 15 (Reuters) - Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan will meet with a delegation headed by Vladimir Medinsky, adviser to Russian President Vladimir Putin, in Istanbul on Thursday evening, a ministry spokesperson said.
