ISTANBUL, Turkey - Russia and Ukraine are set to hold their first direct, high-level talks in Istanbul in more than three years of war, seeking a possible ceasefire to the deadliest conflict in Europe since World War Two. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy has said he will attend the talks in the Turkish city if Russia's Vladimir Putin is also there, while U.S. President Donald Trump has endorsed the talks as a path to peace and said he could also attend.
