No indication Russia wants peace in Ukraine, Latvian foreign minister says

ANTALYA, Turkey, May 15 (Reuters) - Latvian Foreign Minister Baiba Braze said on Thursday that they did not see any indications that Russia wants peace in Ukraine and that it was important to weaken Russia's military capabilities.
"Weakening Russia's military capabilities is the most direct and cheapest way .... to achieve peace in Ukraine," Braze told reporters ahead of an informal meeting of foreign ministers in Turkey.
