Up to Russia to take next steps in possible peace talks, NATO's Rutte says

ANTALYA, Turkey, May 15 (Reuters) - It is up to Russia to take the next step in possible peace talks with Ukraine, NATO chief Mark Rutte told reporters on Thursday, adding that Ukraine was clearly ready for a ceasefire and immediate talks.
"It is now up to the Russians to make sure they take the next steps necessary," Rutte said.
