Sources: KNDS files lawsuit against Triton over sale of Renk shares

MUNICH, May 13 (Reuters) - Franco-German defence contractor KNDS has filed a lawsuit against Triton Partners in an attempt to make the private equity group sell its shares in German tank gearbox maker Renk R3NK.DE, sources familiar with the transaction told Reuters on Tuesday.
The court in Frankfurt had previously rejected an interim injunction against Triton, the sources said.
