May 9 (Reuters) - The Kremlin does not intend to react to a plan by some EU countries to set up a special tribunal to seek to prosecute President Vladimir Putin and other senior Russian officials, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on Friday.
Europe on Friday threw its support behind a special tribunal to prosecute Putin for the crime of aggression against Ukraine, a show of unity on a day when Moscow marks the Soviet victory over Nazi Germany.
"We are not reacting to this," the state TASS news agency quoted the Kremlin's Peskov as saying.
