United Airlines travelers face check-in issues on website and app

May 2 (Reuters) - United Airlines UAL.O said on Friday it was experiencing issues with travelers unable to check in for upcoming flights.
Travelers were facing issues related to accessing the airline's website and app, data from Downdetector showed.
United, in a post on social media platform X, said, "We’re aware of the issue at hand and are working to get it resolved as soon as possible."
The airline did not immediately respond to a Reuters request for comment.
