May 2 (Reuters) - U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio said on Friday that Germany should reverse its course after the country's spy agency classified the far-right Alternative for Germany (AfD) as "extremist," a move that gives it new powers to surveil the country's biggest opposition party.
"Germany should reverse course" Rubio said on X, calling the move "tyranny in disguise."
