MSIG USA adds AIG’s Vollmer as director of financial lines claims

April 30 - (The Insurer) - MSIG USA has appointed Melinda Vollmer from AIG as director of financial lines claims.

Vollmer joins after more than two decades at AIG, where she most recently served as vice president, corporate directors and officers complex claims, a role she held since 2020.

Throughout her career, she has overseen complex management liability matters, including securities class actions, fiduciary claims and professional liability disputes.

“Her proven leadership in managing sophisticated claim portfolios, mentoring top-performing teams, and collaborating cross-functionally with underwriting and actuarial partners will be a tremendous asset to MSIG USA,” the company wrote in a LinkedIn post.
