April 30 - (The Insurer) - MGA Certa Insurance Partners now offers more than 110 million pounds ($147 million) of capacity for tax risks, the company said on Tuesday, while also announcing the hires of Alexander von Reuss and Wilson Hill.
The tax MGA said it also has more than 25 million pounds of capacity for contingent risks and is a Lloyd's approved coverholder.
Von Reuss has joined Certa's Hamburg office from Norton Rose Fulbright, where he specialised in complex, domestic and cross-border tax matters.
Wilson has joined its London office following an eight-year stint at Linklaters, where he specialised in international M&A in developing markets, structured capital markets transactions and institutional real estate investments.
