Roosevelt Road's RSI adds Reel Media Insurance's Thrash as senior program underwriter

April 25 - (The Insurer) - Roosevelt Road Specialty-backed managing general underwriter Renaissance Specialty Insurance adds Jason Thrash, former senior underwriter at Reel Media Insurance and MGA, as senior program underwriter.

He has over 18 years of experience in the industry. Before his tenure at Reel Media, he spent 11 years at K&K Insurance Group, most recently as sports senior underwriter.

In his role at RSI, Thrash will assist the team in delivering profitable underwriting and developing key client, broker, and carrier relationships.

Chris Smyth, RSI chief underwriting officer, highlighted Thrash's expertise in underwriting the sports, leisure and entertainment niche on which RSI is focused.
