PARIS, April 24 (Reuters) - French President Emmanuel Macron said on Thursday that one cannot expect Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelenskiy to accept ceasefire terms while Kyiv, the country's capital, is being bombarded.
Macron was speaking during a visit to Madagascar.
