DUBAI, April 17 (Reuters) - The UN nuclear watchdog should play a role in nuclear talks between Tehran and Washington, International Atomic Energy Agency chief Rafael Grossi told Iranian state media on Thursday, ahead of weekend talks between the U.S. and Iran to discuss Iran's disputed nuclear programme.
