Miller takes Alesco trio to launch European delegated authority offering

April 16 - (The Insurer) - Miller has launched a European delegated authorities team, led by Laurie Gaitskell alongside Anne-Sophie Petit and Ilenia Pizzolitto, the company said on Wednesday.
The new team will specialise in open market and coverholder business, particularly SMEs and hard-to-place risks, in France, Switzerland and Monaco.
As head of European delegated authorities, Gaitskell joins Miller from Gallagher's Alesco Delegated Authority, where he was an international director.
He will work closely with Chris Hardcastle, head of delegated authorities, and Matt Dear, head of international delegated authorities at Miller.
Petit and Pizzolitto also join from Alesco Delegated Authority, which they both joined in June 2019. Prior to that, the duo were at Tysers, serving as head of French property and head of the French administration department respectively.
