UK's Playtech appoints John Gleasure as chairman
April 16 (Reuters) - British gambling firm Playtech PTEC.L on Wednesday named John Gleasure as its new non-executive chairman.
Sky News reported on Tuesday that Gleasure, who currently serves on the board of sports streaming platform DAZN, would take on the role after current chair Brian Mattingley said he would leave in January.
Gleasure is expected to assume the role of chairman following Playtech's annual general meeting in May 2025, at which point Brian will step down and retire, Playtech said on Wednesday.
