KKR names David Petraeus as chair of Mideast business

April 14 (Reuters) - U.S. private equity firm KKR KKR.N on Monday said it has appointed David Petraeus as the chairman of its middle east business, and has set up an investment team in the region under the leadership of Julian Barratt-Due.
