Russia's Lavrov: Trump understands much more about Ukraine conflict than any European leader

MOSCOW, April 12 (Reuters) - U.S. President Donald Trump seems to understand much more about what's going on in Ukraine than any European leader, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said on Saturday.
Speaking at the Antalya Diplomacy Forum in southern Turkey, Lavrov reiterated that Trump understood the need to address the root causes of the conflict in Ukraine to resolve it.
