Lucid to acquire select Arizona-based Nikola facilities and assets

April 11 (Reuters) - Lucid Group LCID.O on Friday said it will acquire select Arizona-based facilities and assets previously belonging to bankrupt electric and hydrogen-powered truckmaker Nikola Corp NKLAQ.PK.
The transaction does not include the acquisition of Nikola's business, customer base, or technology related to Nikola's hydrogen fuel cell electric trucks, the electric vehicle maker said in a statement.
