CNH Industrial names James Nickolas as CFO

April 10 (Reuters) - Tractor maker CNH Industrial CNH.N on Thursday named James Nickolas as its new chief financial officer, succeeding company veteran Oddone Incisa.
Nickolas most recently served as CFO at construction material firm Martin Marietta MLM.N and spent about a decade at construction equipment maker Caterpillar CAT.N.
Outgoing CFO Incisa has worked with CNH and the former Fiat Group for nearly three decades.
CNH said Incisa and Nickolas will work side by side through April to ensure a seamless transition. Nickolas will take on full responsibility as CFO on May 6.
