Ardonagh Advisory to acquire ALP Holdings

April 4 - (The Insurer) - Ardonagh Advisory, the SME broking platform of private equity-backed Ardonagh Group, has continued its UK regional build-out with an agreement to acquire ALP Holdings.
Ardonagh will acquire the Liverpool-based broker alongside its wholly owned subsidiary Letton Percival.
The 17-strong team will continue to operate under the leadership of directors John Leaver and Andrew Leaver upon completion.
The deal follows Ardonagh Advisory’s acquisition of commercial and personal broker Rowett Insurance Broking last November and its swoop for specialist commercial lines broker RK Henshall in August.
The Ardonagh Advisory SME broking platform comprises the Bravo Networks, Footman James, Hera Indemnity, Geo Underwriting, Lorega, Towergate, Towergate Health & Protection, Thompson & Bryan and Usay Compare brands.
