Deadline needed for Russia to agree to Ukraine ceasefire, Canada says

BRUSSELS, April 4 (Reuters) - A deadline should be set for Russia to agree to a Ukraine ceasefire, Canadian foreign minister Melanie Joly said on Friday as she arrived in Brussels to meet with her NATO counterparts.

She added that there had to be consequences if Russia does not agree to a ceasefire proposal.
