South Korea's ousted President Yoon apologises for not meeting expectations

SEOUL, April 4 (Reuters) - South Korea's ousted President Yoon Suk Yeol apologised on Friday for not living up to people's expectations.
"I am so sorry and regretful that I couldn't live up to your expectations," Yoon said in a message delivered via his lawyers.
"I'll always pray for the Republic of Korea and everyone", Yoon said.
