Measles cases rise to 43 in New Mexico, state health department says

March 25 (Reuters) - The New Mexico health department reported 43 measles cases in the state on Tuesday, an increase of one case from its previous count on March 21.
Most of the cases were reported in Lea County, which is located adjacent to Gaines county in Texas.
Gaines county is considered the center of the current measles outbreak across the two states which began in late January.
