Magnitude 7 earthquake strikes off coast of South Island, New Zealand, USGS says
March 25 (Reuters) - An earthquake of magnitude 7 struck off the coast of Riverton in New Zealand on Tuesday, the United States Geological Survey said.
The quake was at a depth of 10 km (6.21 miles), USGS said.
