Russia's Belousov orders new facilities for Caspian Fleet to be completed as soon as possible

MOSCOW, March 20 (Reuters) - Defence Minister Andrei Belousov visited Russia's Caspian Fleet and ordered that the building of new facilities for it be completed as soon as possible, his ministry said on Thursday.
"We will now take this facility under special control so that everything is properly executed," Belousov was quoted as saying.
