UK PM Starmer welcomes progress towards Ukraine ceasefire, PA Media reports

LONDON, March 18 (Reuters) - Britain welcomed on Tuesday the "progress" U.S. President Donald Trump has made towards a ceasefire in Ukraine and said negotiations must lead to a "just and lasting peace", PA Media reported, citing Prime Minister Keir Starmer's office.
Starmer's office did not immediately reply to a Reuters request for comment.
