Trump says he will not change his mind on April 2 tariffs

WASHINGTON, March 13 (Reuters) - U.S. President Donald Trump said on Thursday he was not going to change his mind on imposing tariffs on April 2.
"We've been ripped off for years, and we're not going to be ripped off," Trump said during an Oval Office meeting with NATO Secretary-General Mark Rutte.
