MOSCOW, March 13 (Reuters) - Russian and Belarusian Presidents Vladimir Putin and Alexander Lukashenko said in a joint statement following talks on Thursday that NATO's actions in the context of the conflict in Ukraine were fraught with the risk of nuclear conflict.
Russia and Belarus condemned in the statement the European Union's policy towards Russia, calling it aggressive and confrontational.
