STAKE FOR APPROXIMATELY C$2.09 BILLION ($1.45 BILLION)
WITH THIS TRANSACTION, FERROVIAL WOULD INCREASE ITS OWNERSHIP IN 407 ETR TO 48.29%
TRANSACTIONS EXPECTED TO BE COMPLETED DURING Q2 2025
