March 13 (Reuters) - There has been no progress on talks to massively increase Germany's state borrowing through reform of debt limits, a Greens party official told RTL/ntv on Thursday after more negotiations with Friedrich Merz's conservatives.
Britta Hasselmann was speaking as parliament was due to debate the measures later on Thursday, warning of "serious gaps and errors in the conception" of the plans by Merz and his likely coalition partners the Social Democrats (SPD).
