
LONDON, March 12 (Reuters) - Ukraine's international sovereign bonds rallied more than 1 cent after the United States said on Tuesday it would resume its security support and Kyiv said it was ready to support Washington's proposal for a 30-day ceasefire with Russia.

In a joint statement with Kyiv, Washington said both military aid and intelligence sharing would resume. U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio said Washington would now take the offer to Russia, and the ball is in Moscow's court.
