Mexico turns over to U.S. 29 people suspected of having ties to drug trafficking

MEXICO CITY, Feb 27 (Reuters) - Mexico handed over to the United States 29 people who were suspected of being linked to drug trafficking or other crimes, a joint statement from the attorney general's office and security ministry said on Thursday.
