WASHINGTON, Feb 27 (Reuters) - U.S. President Donald Trump on Thursday stood by his pledge to impose reciprocal tariffs on other nations, and said his additional 10% tariffs on China would raise them to a total of 20%.
Speaking to reporters at the White House, Trump also said the European Union has been very tough with the United States on trade. Asked about tariffs on Mexico and Canada, Trump reiterated he did not see progress on drug trafficking.
